Pall first came to Stowe in the 1960s on skis. It felt like home, and he has been selling North Central Vermont real estate ever since.
Pall grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. He saw early what Stowe could become, for second homes and for families trading city life for the Vermont outdoors.
Today Pall Spera Company Realtors serves buyers and sellers from four offices, on the Mountain Road and in Stowe Village, in Morrisville and in Waterbury, and is a Christie's International Real Estate affiliate.
Pall has represented sellers and buyers of homes, land, commercial buildings and estates, and has been involved in commercial and residential development with an eye to preservation. He supports the Vermont Land Trust and is a past president of the Vermont Association of Realtors and a past Regional Vice President of the National Association of Realtors.
